Pranayama / Breathing Exercises

Pranayama is a Sanskrit word translated as "extension of the Prana (life force)" or "breath control." The formal practice of controlling the breath, lies at the heart of Hatha Yoga practice. It clears not only the physical but subtler form of the body to free the breath and so the flow of Prana.

Patanjali in his text of Yoga Sutras mentioned Pranayama as means of attaining higher states of awareness.

Revealing the wisdom and beauty of Advaita Vedanta's Philosophy, following the Nature's laws, Karma Law, Happenings Flow... Seeking questions and their deeply rooted answers in Oneself as represented in the Universe. Learning how to connect the dots and use this knowledge in our everyday Life.

Kirtan Session

Kirtan is the singing of ancient Vedic mantras, spiritually uplifting songs, prayers and the Sacred Names of the Supreme - one of the main practice of Yoga called Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion.
